Casa Aura B&B is family owned and started business early in 2009. Since then our small team has been fully committed to provide our guests with the best experience possible: one that combines the real warmth of a home with the legendary peacefulness of Costa Rica and a deep respect for our natural environment.

CasaAura B&B strongly believes in protecting the environment and leaving a small footprint in the planet. As part of our efforts to be consistent in our daily activities, we promote the following practices:

• All cleaning products utilized by our staff are biodegradable, provided by Florex.
• All laundry is sun dried, weather permitting.
• All light bulbs inside the premises are highly efficient fluorescent ones.
• All our rooms have natural light which lowers electrical consumption.
• Furthermore, all rooms were designed to be near a green area which provides fresh air and eliminates the need for artificial ventilation.
• We collect and separate our waste to recycle it appropriately, and we invite our guests to do so as well.
